Position-specific and Individualised
My training ethos is based primarily on bodyweight exercises and HIIT training philosophies. I also endeavor to ensure individuals are pushed but in a challenging and enjoyable environment. My sessions are innovative, creative but more importantly, tailored to the individual. There are many components of fitness and it is important to ensure training is fun, varied, and purposeful. Aspirational young players need to ensure they are training smartly and focusing on the relevant fitness components to improve them as a player.
