Group Sessions
Extra Time on Combinations
The ability to have extra specific based training with players can be hugely beneficial. It also lends itself to combining skillsets and creating a competitive but also supportive environment in which to train.
For example, a fly-half working with a full back (testing each other). The 10 could work primarily on kicking skills while the full-back is focusing on positional play and catching.
2 props working on scrummaging technique with particular focus on the engagement, their body position, and binding.
A 9 and 10 working together to develop a tighter bond. This could be passing specific for the scrum half and the fly-half timing runs onto the ball. Very specific but the opportunity to develop advanced skill sets.
If this is something that would work for you and a fellow player please do get in touch.
TESTIMONIALS
“Will thought the sessions were brilliant! On Sundays, they get lots of game and tactic strategies taught but not much technique work. He really appreciated seeing his skill level improve, he can't wait for next week. "

“The technical sessions have allowed us to improve our team chemistry, non-dominant hand passing, tackle technique, rucking technique and decision-making. It has also provided us with the opportunity of having an extra training session during the week and enabled us to have a fun time with our mates."
